With this year's deer season in full swing, I am reminded of a few simple things you can do to keep warm during cold weather activities, whether that entails sitting in a deer stand, skiing, snow shoeing, etc.

Food safety is so incredibly important during the holidays.  It really is horrible to have twenty people over for a fun dinner only to find that you've given them all food poisoning. 

I find it really disturbing to see continued evidence of inexcusable conflicts of interest by physicians in positions of power and influence. After all we have seen in the arrogance of corporate leaders, and government officials willing to accept huge ‘gifts’; how is it that doctors can use the same greed and selfishness to take advantage of their positions, and worse potentially risk the care of their patients.
